Breaching of contract

Postby amorlindstrom on Tue Sep 30, 2008 6:11 pm

I signed a contract with an nurse recruitment agency to work for their client hospital for two years and to breach this contract I have to pay 15thousand dollars in cash. Did anyone hear of this about a foreign nurse who breached the contract and was asked to pay that amount?

In Tennesee breach of contracts are asked to repay $60,000.

Why do you want to quit early? Typically it costs a recruiting agency $15,000+ to bring you to the USA
