Do you know of a hospital that hires direct?

I searched the web and found this! But I sed them an e-mail way back in september and they never replied! But it says here that they hire internattional:

Hi!
I'm a foreigned trained nurse, in maryland on a visitor visa. I have license in MD and need a work permit but can only get it thru work sponsorship, can you help?

Hi Noella,
You have not mentioned your place of birth which will help better determine the steps you should take to get a work permit. If your birth place is not an English speaking country; you need to do either IELTS or TOEFL IBT. Once you have the required English proficiency scores you can get a sponsor who will also provide you employment.
