If you had a good experience with your nurse recruiter, please tell others about them here!

I'm a Rn nurse. But since 10 years I have been working in nursing managment and lost a lot of my bednurse quality's. In the USA they only want nurses that have 2 years of recent experience with the bednursing.
So I'm difficult to place I figure. I wrote almost 40 recruiters ( fromt he list on the hompage from this site.) And I tell you, maybe 5 wrote back telling me sorry they could not place me because of my masterdegree and managers experiece. And the others? Notting!
It took me almost 5 months to get a recuiter! The first one that said they accepted me stopped asnwering mails in the middle of our conversations. I flew out to Florida to meet this company! They promised everything but they could not follow up simple sending me e-mails to answere some questions. Than I found a second that wants to help me. They followod up with e-mails and all but than NOTTING. I waited almost a month and heared notting else. Last 2 weeks I found myself another. They answered all my e-mails, they called me and conducted an intervieuw. It looks verry promising. They promised to call me back this week if they know more about an hospital that would like to hire such a dump nurse as I happen to be. ha ha ha.
