As NCLEX training is so important, I just though it would be good if there was a place were people could discuss training options - what works, what doesn't etc.

Cheers!

Feuer

Postby Luisette on Thu Oct 25, 2007 8:11 pm

Yes, I bought the feuer revieuw course in CD and I did all the booklets. It took me 6 months!! I was out of school for 20 years. I'm a teacher and a manager. Havent really seen a lot of patients until I started to train for my NCLEX.
I went for a 5 day training in Miami with feuer and it was the best I could have do! I passed! but not only passing is importand. I feel I really learned a lot again.
NCLEX passing is importand.
It helps us focusing on the USA nursing school system and on how the USA would llike to organise their health care. ( I know in the real world it is not completly like in the NCLEX world.
I will start teaching 5 student to prepare them for the NCLEX next month.

NCLEX training

Hope,

I've got another thread titled "Questions about the NCLEX." I'll revise it to include "NCLEX Training." Hopefully this will spur some good discussions!

succes story

Postby Luisette on Wed Nov 28, 2007 8:47 pm

Can we ad a Succes Story tread? So we can share with people that made it actually. And maybe also a horror story tread. From people that mead it to the USA but failed due to other reasons to have succes in the USA. That could be to warn us in advance. (Smile)
Till now I visit this side every other day but I still feel their is not much moving on on the website. Maybe a succes story will fire us up a little. But thanks for the site anyway. It helps me to keep focused and knowing that there are out there a lot of people waiting just like me.

success story

Postby aafen on Tue Dec 04, 2007 1:02 am

Luisette,

I've added a Success Story thread, and a few others. Hopfully that will generate some conversations!

I think that a lot of nurses are a little depressed about the failure of the US Congress to re-issue the visas. Now that Congress is back from recess, I hope they address the issue!
