im a legal permanent resident now, but i got my bsn degree in the phil mY ? IS can i take the ca nclex without me taking the phil board exam.

yes you may take the nclex-rn even if you are not a phil board passer...however, u must be a UScitizen or a permanent resident (green card Holder) in order for them to allow you to take the nclex
