Hi I will like to know how possible it will be to get a job and an immigration visa to work in the U.S.A. As a Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife from Nigeria with 7 yrs hospital experience with CGFNS. IELTS and Visa screen certificates am still still finding it difficult to get a recruiting agent and will appreciate any helpful information. Thank's and please let me know what it will be like for me to work in the U.S.A as I don't have a close relative in U.S.A

Presentlyi am in Texas ,usa with valid H4 Visa,recently i got a Texas RN license,I am an Indian nurse and having 6 years nursing experience.I would like to know, is it possible for me to change H4 Visa status in to workpermit now?..if it is so,how can i start further step?..
